Is Meta advertising spend included?

No. Advertising spend is paid separately and agreed around your objectives, audience and commercial model.

What counts as appropriate supplied media assets?

Usable brand files, product or venue photography, video footage, testimonials and other approved source material that Smash Agency can edit into agreed campaign content. Asset quality and usage rights remain the client's responsibility.

Are message and call charges included?

No. Message, telephone, AI and other usage-based charges are separate from the monthly service fee.

Can we move between packages?

Yes. You can move between CRM Essentials, Done With You and Done For You subject to capacity, timing and an agreed change of scope.
